Warranty & Return Policy
The Nutrunner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Of course this warranty does not apply to Nutrunner’s that have been abused, modified, or repaired by someone other than an Authorized Service Representatives. If a Nutrunner appears defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return it to the manufacturer, with transportation prepaid, enclosing your name and address, adequate proof of date of purchase and a short description of the defect. The manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace defective Nutrunner free of charge. Repairs or replacements are warranted as described above for the remainder of the original warranty period. The manufacturers sole liability and your exclusive remedy under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS, OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES, EXCEPTING ONLY THE COST OR EXPENSE OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR.
Use only authorized parts. Any damage or malfunction caused by the use of unauthorized parts is not covered by Warranty.
Eligibility
We offer a 30 day return policy; your purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with your returned item, which starts on the day of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale or specially priced or discontinued product lines, are excluded from refunds or returns. Refunds will be made, thru the same method, in which the product was originally purchased. Return the item purchased to the address bellow, postage is paid by the sender, the company will evaluate the returned product, and notify you if a refund or replacement will be made. All sales final on the metal polish.
